New technologies for agriculture
The Food Security Department of the International Academy of Informatization in 2018 focused its efforts on breakthrough technologies in implementing Goal 2. These technologies are applicable in agriculture, animal husbandry and fish farming. The main ones are four topics:
1. Search for solutions to suppress and eradicate the African swine fever virus. Tests showed the elimination of the virus in 80% of cases.
2. Creating a line of activators of mineral fertilizers KREBSACTIVE. The activator allows to reduce fertilization to the soil twice. The presentation is attached.
3. Creation and authorization to manufacture NIKFAN in 10 countries. The drug ( fertilizer?)increases the yield and reduces the incidence of plants by 30 percent or more. The presentation is attached.
4. Creating a fish feed activator. The activator gives an economic effect of up to 100 percent. In the Astrakhan and Kaliningrad regions the construction of plants for the production of fish feed has begun.
Fish feed activator (FFA)
The basis of FFA is a concentrated eco black soil containing humus components and microflora dissolved in structured water.
FFA increases the immunity of fry and young fish to microbial and viral diseases and accelerates their growth.
FFA has a neutral acidity level equal to ph b-8.
FFA is a liquid with a color from light yellow to dark brown. The presence of fine particles is allowed. After shaking the container several times before use - the particles should disappear (dissolve).
FFA structured water contains in microdoses lithotrophic microorganisms, lactic acid bacteria, nitrogen-fixing bacteria and destructors of nitrogenous compounds, cellulose-destroying fungi and other components of humus and microflora, characteristic of virgin black soil.
Bacteria that make up the FFA, multiplying in the intestines of fish, produce biologically active substances that increase the digestibility and absorption of nutrients, as well as help to neutralize mycotoxins, positively affect the natural resistance of fish.
FFA activates the processes of digestion, the activity of the gastrointestinal tract, which helps to increase the productivity and preservation of fish.
FFA is completely harmless to fish, animals and plants.
When introducing 1 gram of FFA per 1 kg of fish feed, i.e. 1: 1000, it is possible to reduce the death of fry almost to zero, to ensure the weight gain of fish by 30 percent or more to control, i.e. to feed without FFA.
AKP tests were conducted at the Caspian Fisheries Research Institute.

In December 6, 2018 in the village of Krasny Yar (Astrakhan Region) a new plant for the production of fish feed “BIFF" (biological fish feed) was installed with the use of the latest FFA technology. This technology was developed by the Food Safety Division of the International Academy of Informatization.
The plant's capacity is five thousand tons of feed per year. Planned start on April 30, 2018 (to the beginning of the season of feeding fish in closed reservoirs).
On the same day the opening of the Krasny Yar Scientific Production Center created by the Food Security Division of the International Academy of Informatization took place. The center was created to develop and introduce new technologies to increase the productivity of food production and to meet the objectives of Objective 2 Sustainable Development.
The first event of the Center is the Scientific and Practical Seminar "Improving the Efficiency of Fish Food."

Goal 2: End hunger, achieve food security and improved nutrition and promote sustainable agriculture
The UN Secretary-General’s Zero Hunger Challenge launched at Rio+20 called on governments, civil society, faith communities, the private sector, and research institutions to unite to end hunger and eliminate the worst forms of malnutrition.
The Zero Hunger Challenge has since garnered widespread support from many member States and other entities. It calls for:
-
Zero stunted children under the age of two
-
100% access to adequate food all year round
-
All food systems are sustainable
-
100% increase in smallholder productivity and income
-
Zero loss or waste of food
The Sustainable Development Goal to “End hunger, achieve food security and improved nutrition and promote sustainable agriculture” (SDG2) recognizes the inter linkages among supporting sustainable agriculture, empowering small farmers, promoting gender equality, ending rural poverty, ensuring healthy lifestyles, tackling climate change, and other issues addressed within the set of 17 Sustainable Development Goals in the Post-2015 Development Agenda.
